Wow! That's what happened to me with that one and only Coach purse that I've tried to buy and won. She gave me no response and I found an ongoing auction of hers where there were about four other winners of her auctions. They were all trying to find her and get some kind of response. Then she didn't even respond when I tried to get credits back so I had to wait the full time! Sorry it happened to you too! :)
