The listing, Black Velvet Collar/Choker has ended.

Here is a left over from my wild biker days!!! And those were some memories...oh yeah! Yes, this is a Black velvet collar or chocker for a human!! Yes it could be used on a pet, if you desire. It is 16 inches long and about 1/2 an inch wide. It is adjustable if needed. and it does have the option to add a leash. And the rhinestone studs are a nice touch.
