Really a beautiful shoulder collar with black beads and the tassels have beads as well. Not sure what the material is but it is sheer and soft. Beautiful! For that Special outfit! No Pets and Smoke free home.

Not sure how to measure it but neck opening is about 18+ inches around from shoulder to shoulder 9 1/2 inches. Then from neckline front point 9 inches and same from neckline to shoulder point! Hope that makes sense!
