Description

The listing, 3 DIFFERENT VARIETIES ALPINE STRAWBERRY WHOLE BERRIES!!! has ended.

Instead of offering 50+ seeds of these, they are just to small for me to count! I will send a WHOLE berry of each! That will be A LOT more seeds than the normal 50+. These have been cold treated already.
These strawberries are very sweet! The Pineapple Crush really does have the taste of a SWEET pineapple with sweet alpine strawberry taste...it's like 2 tastes in one. The White Soul is also very sweet, I cannot describe it...have no way to compare it but it is truly sweet and the Italian Fragola Di Bosco is a very intesnse wild sweet strawberry.
OFFERING: 1 berry WHITE SOUL(white), 1 berry PINEAPPLE CRUSH(yellow), 1 berry FRAGLOA DI BOSCO (Italian red)
These are also wonderful on top of cheesecakes, milkshakes and pancakes or making your own alpine strawberry jam! After the first year the plants multiply greatly and if you divide them up, you could easily have your very own alpine strawberry patch! I have divided these several times and get at least 25 new plants off one!

Hi jazz, I looked it up and found conflicting advise about it. What I have found is they do well in zones 3 to 7 but will apparently also do well up to zone 9 IF grown in partly shaded areas and water often. This year in my area, we had many many days of 90+ degrees with high humidity and they took off! Berry production was the best I have ever had. All I can say is if you do searches and there is a strawberry store online and this person is very knowledgeable about growing them and am sure he will have good advise.
