You can call your phone service carrier customer service dept and ask them to unlock it. This is an AT&T phone.

There are laws in place as of January 2013 concerning unlocking cell phones. To purchase an "unlocked" cell phone outright is prohibitively expensive because the carrier will not subsidize the cost of the phone - because there's no long term contract.

I had no issues at all - I just upgraded to the 4G for more space. It still looks new and works fine, including camera and video.

It's an AT&T phone so I honestly don't know the answer to that. My understanding is it cannot be switched but I'd recommend asking Verizon.

Information such as make, model number, condition, any known issues and any other specific details particular to your item will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders have to ask.

For the best experience (more bids, possibly higher credits received), we also recommend that you post a clear, close-up picture of your item with it powered on (showing current date clearly if it has that capability), as well as with it powered off. A picture of the back side too will help you too, all with the same background.
