how do u use this stuff.. do u jus sprinkle it on top of painted nails? or do u need a certain brush?

There's all different ways. You can shake it out or use a brush or a broad spectrum of other techniques. Which is why I don't want it. I don't have the patience and time to sit and do it. I'd say check out youtube videos to get you a better idea lol
