RELIST. I had the first auction deleted till I could find out for sure this has a clean ESN. It took me several days but I do know for sure the ESN is clean. That's a long sad, frustrating story that I'm glad no one else had to go through. Previoius owner used this phone with Sprint. I do not know if it is locked. You can take it to your cell phone carrier and have them flash it so you can use it with them. Please call your company first to make sure they will do this. Most will, but there are a few that won't.
I won this on Listia, it was listed as using a SIM card. IT DOES NOT, CDMA PHONE. Instead of sending it back I decided to list it with more accurate info. I did though have a lot of fun with it while deciding if I wanted to switch to Sprint for this phone. I LOVE IT. But I like my company. So I list it here The touch controls work fantastic the screen very responsive. Tons of photos, even photos showing photos I took with the camera, which by the way has a flash!! I will send with 2GB micro SD card that came with it. The phone was sent to me without a charger, but I found a USB cord that works great. I'll send that with the phone
