The listing, Gaiam Yoga Brick - still in plastic wrapping has ended.

This is an unused yoga brick by Gaiam. It still has the plastic wrapping. When I purchased a yoga mat, it had a brick included, so this one was an extra purchase and I've never used it.

You use it in many yoga positions. It is placed on the mat and many yoga positions involve balancing your weight on it with one hand or one foot. It's really neat. I never kept up with yoga - actually followed a video and only went to a couple classes, but the use of the brick made it more interesting because it adds to what you can do.
