if it's returned within 5 days of when tracking shows it was delivered. They were pulled from a working system so i'm not worried about it.

static is over rated but better safe than sorry i suppose. Out of the hundreds of PC's I've worked on and all the ram I've handled, moved about etc, i've never had a static related issue
