I tested the tanner..just on small area. & DIOR polish ive opened n thrown away box but it too is brand new... & the bobbi brown hasnt been touched only to take out of its box for listia picture :) so yes everything is new! :) good luck n happy bidding to you! When i first started i was a lil over excited & listed 23 auctions at one time...needless to say that was a horrid mess, but, i made it right w everyone & have MUCH MORE POSITIVE FEEDBACK than not. Now i jus stick to one auction at a time...every once n a while. :) did i answer ur question w enough honesty & humility? :) I truely hope that i did...& if u hav ne other ? dnt hesitate to ask those as well. u answered great! I've had a problem r 2 myself but as long as they worked with me and communicated with me it was all good....there are mostly great ppl on here but u do run into a mess sometimes with ppl....I totally understand!!! def fan &watching
