as far as I can remember I it was never free shipping, I already have bids on it, so nothing can be changed, sorry, and I'm thinking the winner might want insurance and tracking, all of which cost me money at the U.S.P.S., but things are always negotiable. Hope this helps

i would like to know how many diamonds and about the tracking and ins. also? And how you plan to wrap and send this through the mail, please?
