Description

The listing, Tintype- Little girl has ended.

This is a tintype of a little girl with bows in her hair! Approximately 3" X 2". There are some condition issues. Dark spot upper right hand corner and a slight crease (bend) from side to side across the middle. Doesn't quite lay flat. Also could use some cleaning. This could probably be straightened up, but I didn't want to take a chance doing it myself.
The actual tintype image is sharper than this image done on my scanner.

No intl. shipping.

desiree4, there are no markings at all, so no way to do any research. I have done that in the past, however. I had a graveside scene, with tombstones that I could read upon enlargement. The husband and 3 young girls were standing at the graves. Very sad photo. I did quite a bit of research on the family.

I have no idea where they are specifically from, Stephanie. I don't even remember how I got them. Probably a rummage sale. I would have gotten them here in Illinois, though.
