With a name like Black and Decker, you expect high quality. But, in this case, as was the case with another review listed for this product, the product was clearly not high quality. I was able to use the extractor safely to extract 3 screws, but on the fourth, because the screw was tougher to get out, I broke the small extractor. I then used subsequently larger extractors, and in the end I had broken 3 of the 4 extractors.
I had to continue to drill a bigger and bigger hole in the screw, and use the larger extractor tool. In all cases, I was not applying extraordinary force, simply using a T-handle to turn the extractor, and it broke (3 times).
I am returning this product for a refund. It is simply not usable in any challenging application.
