This shirt is a size small shirt by HeartSoul company. it is NWOT, I bought it for a job I ended up not getting. It has a cute key hole opening below neckline that shows just a peek a boo amount of chest, the opening is held together with a hook and eye clasp (like what you find on bra backs.) It is 69% polyester 4% spandex so it has stretch to it. I am 5'7 and its long enough to come below my pant line on me. Very beautiful breathable soft shirt. The ruffles around neck do add some weight to the top part but not uncomfortable. I love this shirt but I have my chest piece that I enjoy showing off, and this shirt covers it most the way up when worn alone, and so I have no need to wear it.
