what is wrong with the charger port why does it need fixed

it was messed up when i put the charger in it and i pulled it out wrong and it messed up it just needs to be taken to a store like radio shack to get fixed.

one day i moved it wrong meaning the charger in it and stopped charging but if i take it to a store it can get fixed like radioshack or boost mobile
