I LOVE this Bluetooth! I travel for work and I have a personal cell phone as well as a work cell phone. Both phones hook up to this bluetooth. The other GREAT thing about this is that if you have an iphone or a phone with music, you can also play your music through this into your ear! The only thing missing are the earmuffs that you can buy super cheap at anystore (besides you don't want the earmuffs that were in MY ear!) I DO have the manual. This cost $100 brand new and I only have had it less than a year. It comes with a great case that helps keep the charge longer when it is in the case not in use. The charge lasts over 5 hours and it works within up to 1000 feet!! It is a great buy. I just don't need it anymore as my car now has hands free calling bluetooth in it. Also this has a USB port so you can plug it into any USB port to charge or into a regular outlet.
