This is GENTLY used. My daughter wore this once the other day inside the house for about 2 hours. This comes with the matching dress for the baby doll also. This was pretty pricey.

Ok....thanks for trying. I knew it would be a long-shot anyway. :( Doesn't sound it would work for a nb size. I've seen nb size clothes be advertised for doll clothes and wondered if this was basically the same thing, but from your previous comment it doesn't sound like it. Very cute dresses....unfortunately my oldest doesn't really play with dolls to much....she's already somewhat of a tomboy. :(

This may seem like an odd question, but could you give me the exact measurements for the dolly dress? Reason I ask is I wonder if it could also pass as a nb size. My oldest daughter is just going into size 3T and I'm due with another girl in August, so didn't know if the doll dress might actually fit my nb when she gets here. So far, all of my babies have been less than 7 lbs at birth, so they've been in nb sizes for a little while. They don't chunk up quickly either.
