I bought this ... awhile back and have only watched it once. There are scratches on it, I bought it previously viewed, but it still works perfectly fine. I've tried to take a picture from ever possible angle ... in one picture the disk looks as if it has more scratches then it actually does, if you look closely you can see that it's simply the reflection of my curtains. Sooo ..... happy bidding.
