The watch hands are not moving, it says remove crown stopper on the back of watch- that keeps it stopped until owner gets it. Just remove the back and loosen a tiny screw and remove the crown stopper to get started. That keeps the battery from dying till someone buys it. You can Google it and see what I mean. So,this is to let you know that the watch does indeed work.
