IDK for sure probly the 20s or 30s at the newest maby even older !! I collect BOB stamps and world stamps so dont know to much about these stamps!! But they are very old and realy cool!!

These are catalog number1036a booklet and my USPS catalog from 2 years ago has a booklet panel of 6 at catalog value of 2.75, but with this one being a full booklet and still all together I'm sure it's more than 5.50!! First day of issue for the booklet set was 7/31/1958!! Nice listing my friend! I'll be watching!! China Mike
