Given to me--i have not used it---usb hookup ~~~~have a laptop or pc with no built in internet??????~~~~--this will give them internet~~~~ to surf the web if you have internet in the house already---- or use the external usb and hook it up to laptop and use wifi in hotspots all over....works great--works with other internet modems--ie; linksys or whichever you use in your home....

not 2 sure as I use windows --and now I have a new PC with internet on it--so I have no use for this----if it has a usb port and no wifi on it--this will give it wifi-from your internet router......

If you have a mac computer and it is not internet ready then yes this will give it internet as long as you have a internet modem on.. in your house...this is a usb connecting item..for pc or laptop

i had this same one and it works awesome as a antenna also untill you hit it and break off the usb part with your leg! :( ughhhh anyways awesome auction i will be bidding~! :)
