Please note that I recycle packing material as much as possible to try to keep cost down, but rest of charges I can not help. ...................I either go to post office and buy postage there and they put one of those white and orange stickers on item and I also use money for packing materials needed that are available at the post office. I also use money for postage stamps so I can either put in my mailbox out frount of my apartment or I take to post office and I put your item in the blue mailbox the post office has available for mail drop off for consumers.
