This is a book, and it's also a game! And it's in great condition! Purchased at a charity sale, and it looks as good as the ones in the bookstore!

Until you get to the back pages, it looks like a regular book where you spot several items amidst a bunch of other items (similar to I Spy books). At the back are rules on how to play a game with the book. One of the reviews I read said, "Book is great for all ages. There were three different generations enjoying this book!"
