This auction is going to be a bit different. As we all know times are getting harder day by day and the holidays are coming too Soon!!! The proceeds from this auction will go to getting my daughter Christmas Gifts from Lista. She loves anything barbie, disney princess, wii games, or any other Girlie items (hair accessories, play jewelry, dress up clothes size 7/8 and zhu zhu pets.

I am going to be offering many items for this particular fund, including a Lot of her old toys... trade the outgrown ones for some more her age.

Hi i am sorry it took me so long to get back to you about the needy family! two boys 4 years, and one 5 years, girl 21 months!
i think they are well! mother is pretty sick can't do much! father isn't too healthy and has no job! i have just been trying to win toys on listia to send to them, the mother doesn't have much either! let me know how to go about getting people to help them! thanks spirit3/carol

I have a few items I can put together a "Christmas package" for the family and whoever wants to add to it is more than welcome to. I'd like to know some things they may want or need so I can try to cater to them as much as possible.

What if we posted auctions "In their Honor" or "From Santas Helper" or something and the winner can either get the item from the auction for themselves or donate the item to these children and their Christmas package and All of the credits from those particular auctions could also go towards getting them some items they may like. I have a few more hotwheels and will be happy to donate some of the credits from my girls and boys auctions toward getting them items from listia also to add to it. I'm also going to copy your comment to all of my other auctions and spread the word and who knows maybe Santa will be very good to them this year :)

Yeah I tried freecycle...they never get rid of anything good in my area...I get the updates for when someone lists something...just in case.. This is my kids' first Xmas without one of their grandparents...she passed 3 days after Xmas last year...I know this sounds horrible but I want to get them each the top three things on their lists at least then a bunch of little things so that they are occupied and maybe won't get sad.

Yeah, it just works that way sometimes but at this time of year people are cleaning out to make room for the new.... you can also post a "wanted" ad if you're looking for something in particular. I'm so sorry for your family's loss, it's so devestating when it's at the holidays... my grandmother died on Valentine's day 2 years ago :(

I really hope you're able to get the things they want. What are they asking for? Let's at least make a list and you never know, somebody may surprise you :)

Have you tried the Freecycle.org in your area? Sometimes people give away Very nice things they just need to be rid of... you should check there too. I hope this helps too.

I know ho you feel-I have 2 children-a daughter who will b 17 on Dec. 6th and a 10 year old son.
Last year neither of them got anything for Christmas and it looks like this tear will be the sae.
My husband works in te Automotve Parts Industry and has been ctdown to 24-32 hours per week, plus I am Terminlly Ill and with all my Medical Bills, this Christas is going to be the last Christmas they had with Mom and thee were N Gifts.
I have been trying to sell things, but Ihavenothing worthselling.
I do Hop You are able to get Christmas for your daughter!
I will be Praying tat things wok out fr you and your daughter so that she has a Great Christmas!

Oh my, I am so sorry to hear of your troubles, your family is at the top of my prayers and I certainly hope they are answered soon!! Please don't worry about not having anything for Christmas, that should be the very last thing on your mind. I know I (as well as a few others) will do what we can to make this at least a better one than last year.
