The listing, CLASSIC SCREEN STAR STAMPS 1947 has ended.

These classic "SCREEN STAR STAMPS" were issued in 1947.
The various screen stars and studios gave their permission to the project which was endorsed by Jean Hersholt, President of The Motion Picture Relief Fund, Inc. And the stamps were approved by the National Poster stamp Society..The package is unopened and mint, still in original wax envelope.
This sheet has stars for example: Charlie Chapman, Xavier Cugat,, Eddie Cantor, Wanda Hendrix, Coburn, plus 7 more.

They are pretty neat,, The pics are in the original wax paper, they have never been removed. So the colors actually would be much brighter if removed.
