In the 1920's my Dad had to drive 60 miles to get a soda pop. Well this is one of his bottles I have a few but I will only let one go . It is from Cochrane Bottling Works it is beautiful we kept it in the house all these years no cracks or chips it is mint. Writing on front and back no paint missing it is the best of the best. I was offered $50.00 each but Listia has been good to me so here is the only one I will part with.

1920's was sometime ago, I was just curious if you if you knew or could remember what kind of soda was in this bottle ? I am fanning and watching. I find your knowledge about these bottles interesting.

It was Cochrane Soda the bottles contained different sodas in the same type of bottle there was ginger ail, cola, and orange, That is all they made the only way to tell witch one you were buying was to look at the color of the soda. The mom and pop company closed down during the second world war. It was located in Cochrane Ont. Canada on highway 11 north east of Timmins Ontario.
