this lot is two pieces of pottery both from the mouth of the item. it is burnt black as it was found in the trash pile (so-to-speak) of the camp. Found on a friends ranch in north east Utah when they were excavating to make a trailer pad. There was almost 6' of surface soil above the burn pile with another 5' to 6' of debris in the burn pile itself so it had been used for many generations possibly thousands of years ago.
