I believe this to be a European piece. So delicate & very reminiscent of the Delft style. The Gold Filled?, Gold Tone?, Gold plated?, setting is very beautifully designed & each glass tile is set in a "Dog Wood" petal shaped link. There is no tarnish or corrosion of any sort. The lobster claw clasp appears to me to have been replaced. Easy to switch to another type if you prefer.
The 6, 1/2" square tiles are set tightly & professionally in their settings.
The tiles have a delicate abstract, blue/gray design on them that is baked into the glaze, not an applique.
The total length is 15 inches & would be simple to add an extender, if needed.
