Tube of Blue-ish green eye glitter, by Hard Candy. Opened, but never used. I just don't like the color on my eyes, but it's probably perfect for someone with brown or superblue eyes. Sort of a turquoise color, actually that may be the labeled color on the tube. <3 Really pretty

Opened it once, brushed it on my hand, and realized the color was too flashy and way too sparkly. So no, not BRAND new, but might as well be, basically none of it is gone.
