Ugh! new naturally. Somehow I just don't think I'd want a hand me down epilator, so I wouldn't want to pass one off to anyone else, either.

you never know! lol. i would hop-e that they would be new, but many ppl have listed items used in this area. i would never but some would. i always laugh when ppl ask me 2, like that would just be gross!

So I just googled this to get more info, and couldt find this exact one. The one that I did find said that it could be used for hair removal on any part of the body *except the eyebrows*. Is this one the same??

Thanks for showing an interest. The instructions say its a Single Hair Epilator - Face & Body - hair removal from the root; it is to remove sgl hair that other machines or wax would otherwise leave behind. It removes hair from as short as 0.02" (0.05mm) - 1/10" (2.5mm).
The only place it says not to use the Tweez us in the arm pits. My guess is because that hair is too course and the epilator would be ineffective, but it doesn't really tell why.
