runs on iOS 3.1.3 its 16 GB. Black... It barely has any scratches on front. A lot in back. Its never been dropped before. and it does not come with a charger or headphones.

you have to reset this to factory settings before shipping because of copy right laws...just saying....and it looks like it has burn marks all over it...not boding well for you
