This is a beautiful blouse/top from Forever 21.
Size S/M. I won this awesome Kimono-style Top from one of my very Favorite Sellers. I tried it on & wore it for a few hours. Just a bit too big on me to give the look it should! My loss, maybe your gain?!

The blouse has a 1" wide "silky" black fabric belt, which you put through the 2 "openings" that are at each side of the blouse.
The belt can go from each side of the front to the back. Or through each side of the back, to be tied in front.
When tied at the back, it has a beautiful "Kimono-Look!"
The belt is also how you adjust the "width" of how you want to wear it.
This top has a full sheer black Tank Top attached inside, stitched to each top side. Tank has adjustable straps. It is a beautiful-look & the outer layer is a bit sheer. The fabric is 100% polyester, that has a feel of silk.
I tried to show in my pictures, different ways of wearing it Hard w/o a Model!
My pics just do not do it justice. It is gorgeous! The "neckline" is a very subtle V, with approx. 1.5" strips of fabric stitched like MMMM's across the front.

From the Original Seller's Listing, "I didn't measure waist and bust, because if your hips measure less than 40 inches, it will fit you, It has a loose style, it is like a kimono, one size fits most. So hips is the only area you need to measure yourself to decide. I wear size 4 in clothes, if it helps."
"Because of the way it is cut, when you tie the ribbon around your waist, the fabric drapes down the arms. So I wouldn´t call it sleeveless, even though there are no actual sleeves sew in.
It is in Great Condition! Barely-worn & Flawless. Beautiful!
