It has a Mockingjay (bird) in a circle with an arrow. All pertain to the book/movie. It is antique copper or gold maybe. Very pretty and very interesting.

is there a place for a chain to make necklace ?

I believe that you could make a necklace out of this. It is open between the mockingjay and the ring around it. So a jump ring and a chain should do the trick. However, If you are looking for a Mockingjay necklace, my daughter has one listed on here as we speak. Look under movies and tv shows/other. or do a search for hunger games mockingjay single chain necklace. It is very pretty as well.
