What planting zone will this grow in? Would it survive Wisconsin winters? I think I'm in zone 3

Yes they are just like any other bush they will die dack in wenter and come back in spring

I placed a bid :) and then I realised that I dont now anything about the plant

They will die back just like most bushes do and will put back out in spring, hope this helps you out
