"LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF"- Inspired by SandiH, this is a different mystery auction- This auction started with 20 items and I have added 3 more as I was instructed to do so. These are things that a family could use. When you win, take out what you need and put the same amount of items back in- ADDING 3 more! Pass it on, with each person adding 3 more items than what they takeout! As an added bonus- For EVERY bid you make, promote a needy person's auction OR a good cause/charity to donate to, remembering to promote one of your own auctions as well! I will be bidding on this as it gets passed around, too, so keep an eye on this wherever it goes and win it several times!

This month is Breast Cancer awareness- I have several family members battling this disease, and some have lost the battle- my aunt was 30 yrs old and left behind a 3 mo old baby and 3 little boys with my uncle- My grandma helped raise them.

i LOVE this idea! I've learned that there are still some goodhearted people left in this world and I've found them here on listia. I am promoting my own auctions, all of them, because the credits won this month and the month of November are being spent on toys and clothes for 8 of my nieces and 2 of my nephews. I am going to wrap any thing i win and then a day or two before Christmas were gonna set all the wrapped gifts on the porch knock on the door and run back to the car. They are simply going to say to: child from: santa's helpers. If anyone would like to help out or sponsor it would be greatly appreciated. NO child should go without, especially on Christmas! Thanks

I'm trying to get some credits saved up for my own 3 kids. My hours have gotten the cut & now my husband's hours are starting to as well. Just living paycheck to paycheck (even then it's not enough)! - I agree with MommyRiddle - no child should go without...i do have quite a few auctions that are going on right now.

The Heifer Project is on my mind lately. It takes so little to bring up the lives of a whole community. As soon as Listia does the charity auctions again, I hope to find ways we can contribute to feeding the hungry every month.

i will be watching this as well.... i have been posting gift cards here and ther and a few ornaments to save up credits for a few kids in the family including my daughter...i just want all 4 of these kids to have a gr8 christmas. one of which is soon to be a yr old and has an incurable condition that we have no idea how fast it will progress so i want to get him a few extra things.

This is SUCH an amazing listings - the one thing I LOVE about this site is how we're allowed to help each other, and the folks in need - in whatever way way possibly can. Personally, I have 20-30 listings up now but none are fancy, expensive, or heavy to ship - we just can't afford it right now. I was finally diagnosed with MS this year (FINALLY, after years of docs thinking I was nuts...now they can tell that to all my spine/brain lesions darnit!). In the mean time, hubby lost his job taking me to all the appointments & emergencies for months. THEN the car bummed out, its stuck. He had to get a job at the gas station in walking distance from here and the church has to drive us to go get my meds, to appointments, etc. LISTIA IS SUCH A BLESSING! Now I can give my kids the Christmas toddlers that young deserve. For us adults, its all about the spirit and true meaning....but for 1.5 & 3.5 year olds, we all know its about the gifts and family time. Ya'll can peek at my listings but like I said, they're nothiong major. I created "Art by Tara" to try and help make credits, it goes well sometimes and flops other times. We all do what we CAN do.

Prayers and best of luck to all the other gals out there going through the same messes we are here too. God will take care of us, and we WILL make it out even stronger in the end!!!!
