Description

The listing, 15 Violet Corms has ended.

This listing is for 15 violet corms. Not sure what color you will get. I have the purple shown in the pics and the white and purple. These are great for ground cover. They spread and can become invasive so plant where you need to cover ground. They will grow in just about any soil and are beautiful when they bloom. I have tons of them and they are moving into places where I don't want them. If GIN is used I will DOUBLE.

I just dug these for shipment tomorrow and there will be way more than 15. So if anyone has a spot where nothing will grow or a hill or rock garden that needed to be naturalized, this auction will be great for you.

Thats me for sure and I love violets. When I see even one my Grams face comes popping into my mind along with all our precious memories. If I had get it now I would.I am a few credits short and my income arrives on the 1rst and 3rd of the month {social security}. I hope I win on this because I have been cramming whatever credits I could get and holding off bidding on other items. See I live a far way from where my family is buried. Their special flowers help me to cope.. My mom- roses, wild phlox, and tiger lilies. My Gram violets, lily of the valley,, sweet william, holly hocks and lilac. My sister hummingbird vine for her love of hummingbirds, and many different types of wildflowers...and quartz which she use to hunt and dig for.. With these items I would like to plant a memorial garden for them. In a way, it will be like being with them again. Thanks for listening to my ramblings. Watching.

That sounds like a great idea. Fear not, there will be more of these if this one goes well. Seems to have some interest so I'd say its going well. I literally have THOUSANDS. Some are where I want and like them but they have re-seeded into places where they can't be like my vegetable garden for example.

Do these grow well in a sunny location or should they be in shade?

Either. Mine thrive in both.
