It appears that these stamps were purchased, separated, and then immediately put into the pages of a photo album. I’m not knowledgeable about stamps, sorry.

That album appears to for photos and has strips of waxy adhesive securing the stamps in place. That's okay if the stamps were in clear plastic mounts to begin. If not, are the stamps now stuck down to those pages?

I believe that the stamps are stuck to the pages, I haven't tried to remove them at all to avoid possibly damaging them.

They were lickable and didn't have a sticker backing.
