Well I'm guessing this isn't actually a 'pattern' It has on it Owned and Sold Exclusively by the National Fashion Sewing Institute at the bottom. Says Designer Style & Details for Lenora Pants patterns in the upper right corner. There isn't actually a pattern in it, it seems more like instructions on how to use the pattern. Let me double check all the ones I have and see if it doesn't actually have the 'pattern' separate.
