Welcome Plaque.......new, never used or displayed. This item has been in my storage for years. Measures 9 & 1/2" tall (including the hanger) x 5 & 1/2" wide . Not sure of the content.. it looks like resin.....quite weighty for it's size.

Comes from a smoker/pet friendly home. However......
All Listia items are kept in a non-smoking, sealed off area of our home........ if it still bothers you, you may want to reconsider.
