It is Listias rule not to ship to anyone who hasnt submitted a verified address thru them. And it is very easy to do that.If we do that,then us sellers are not cover by Listia. Most of whom that do not verify their address are fakes and scammers. So Listia mage those rules to protect the sellers.:)
