Items come from a non-smoking household. I do have a puppy....he doesn’t smoke either and items are kept away from him or they would be totally destroyed, as he is a chewer. ?

Measurements are that of the garment....please make sure that your measurements are a little bit smaller to allow for a comfortable fit.

I can see that. Remember, shipping is only $15.50 for as much as I can fit into a Large flat rate box, and $11.50 for what I can fit into a medium flat rate box. So go crazy!! :)
