"Never received the item, even though I paid ... " (more) shipping via paypal and was promised she would send. She was charging $7 shipping because she said she can't afford to give it away nor ship for free... against Listia rules. I negotiated her to $3. Listia refunded my credits and there is a pending claim thru paypal. She's not logged in since 12/26, so if you have open business with her, so not expect anything.
