"After sending seller several e-mails & ... " (more); believing in this seller to send me this watch I did not receive the watch and was told I would receive it and that it was sent out. I put in a 1st dispute and when the final day of dispute was almost up the seller logged in after not logging in for a while and sent me an e-mail saying that he had been in a car accident and that was why he hadn't responded and would send the watch right out. I sent an e-mail out to him right away and told him okay, but he should watch what he says becausse if he isn't telling me the truth about what he is saying this could happen to him and to also let me know when he has sent the watch out to me because I needed it to give to my daughter for a Christmas present. A few days went by & still no response again. So I put in another dispute to Listia and explained what had happened again & told them that if he had indeed had the watch I would have received it by now & I would like to have my credits refunded & that I no longer wanted the watch because this was a gift for my daughter for Christmas.
