"I won the bid on 10-31-11 and the seller ... " (more)NEVER told me when the item was going to be shipped out so i sent the seller an email on 11-4-11 and asked when the item will be sent out and i NEVER got a response. Then i sent one last message on 11-9-11 asking the seller when it will be shipped out because it was a gift for my daughter but i NEVER got a response. The last time the seller logged on was 11-8-11 but yet the seller couldn't reply to my email so i filed a dispute and got my credits back today. The seller shouldn't be posting up any auctions if the items aren't going to be sent to the bidder. Also the seller needs to keep the bidder informed about when the item will be sent out. And if the seller has problems then that person needs to explain whats going on so the bidder will know whats going on and know whether the item will be sent out. If the seller isn't willing to do that then the seller shouldn't be auctioning anything on this website.
