onemanoneson55"Even thought the seller contacted me a few ... " (more) times, the statements made by them were untrue. I was told that they'd mailed out my DVD on 12/26, even though the post office was closed for the Christmas holiday on that day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt though, and waited 18 days to start a dispute. Got my credits back, but would've preferred to have received the item that I won!
