I contacted Listia support in order to initiate a total refund of your credits, however it's a no can do from my end. Would you be so kind as to initiate a refund request stating that the item was lost in the mail? I feel that this is the right thing to do in light of your long wait even if you do get the ring at this point. Please let me know when you've initiated the refund.
