" (more)response or Delivery Confirmation numbers regarding this, which is why Listia SETTLED in My FAVOR and refunded my credits, after seller's neglect to respond, leaving seller a blocked Negative Feedback, possibility and mine was open to give Negative if I wanted to, I could have actually given Negative Feedback, due to these facts alone, but since I received my credits back, at least, I decided to be nice and just give equal to what seller gave me instead. Proper mailing and communication would have made things better for seller on my behalf, because if they had communicated and provided tracking info, they may have been able to get positive feedback from me if they had given it, but it's too late now.
