" (more)l me by phone, he just out right refused by claiming that he doesn't discuss transactions nor their details by phone at all, only by email, even after claiming that the item won wasn't the one listed at $10 s&h, that was another identical item he'd listed, and that this item had a $20 s&h fee, which seemed convenient after the winning bid had only been for 5 credits.
