I have TONS of credits so returning things because they did not get sent out was not a big deal to me. you did not lose out on anything because you got all of your credits back. I'm not a sorry person at all, actually =) and I don't believe in that what comes around goes around stuff. I had great feedback. I was unable to send out a lot of things due to my personal life so I refunded everybody's credits whenever they filed a dispute, I did not wait the five days.
