"Never sent out my item. Claimed to have sent ... " (more)it twice. The first time there was an issue with the post office, which I understand despite it coming 10 days after auction end
The second time she stated would send out day after receiving notice of the issue. Four days after receiving this news, I disputed the auction after receiving neither news from the seller nor the item. I did this only as a precaution and stated as such. However mere hours later, I won the dispute and the item was relisted, obviously showing the item was never sent. And then I find I was blocked as well for no reason.
